No. MPI rules prevent visits during the stay.
Toys, bedding, or food are welcome — but toys/bedding must remain behind after quarantine.
We send email/photo updates on Days 1, 3, 6, and 9.
Pets can only be collected after 1:00 pm on the day of release. This timing is set by MPI, as release certificates are issued in the afternoon.
Your pet will remain with us safely until MPI grants release. Additional days may apply.
Our vet partners are on call and will provide immediate care if needed.
